I enjoy food and cooking but never really was fully informed on how exactly to cook Sous Vide let alone what it is. This book really demystified all the questions I had on the subject. The author Harold Lee covers subjects like the pros and cons, ingredient types, and so much more. I enjoyed this book, I think you will too.
